How To Create A New Account?
You can register now by completing our registration form located here or by clicking on the Log In link at the top of every page. Registration can also be done during the order process. When you fill out your billing and shipping information, you will see fields to enter your User ID and Password. Once your order has been completed, your registration is immediately activated.
Lost Passwords
If you've lost your password, click here and fill in the email address that you used when you created your account and a new password will be emailed to that account right away. Or you can click on the Log In link at the top of any page. This takes you to the Log In page. On the right side in the RETURNING CUSTOMER box is a link that reads Forgot your password? Click here.
Why Can't I Log In With My Old Password?
We redesigned our website in the summer of 2008 to offer more services and security. The is a completely new system so we were not able to keep existing accounts active. We still have your customer information in our shoppe, but you must create a new account to use our website. It only takes a few minutes and can be done by clicking here or on the Log In link at the top of every page.
Buying Online Without An Account
Yes, we have added this feature for your convenience. When you go to check out, you will be brought to the Log In page. At the bottom, choose the Go straight to checkout without creating an account! option and you can check out without creating a new account. We will need information for payment and shipping, however you won't have to create a password or an online account. Please note: There are benefits to creating an account. When you create an account, you can review previous orders, sign up for special offer information and catalogs. Buying without creating an account will not give you these benefits.

Ordering On The Toy Shoppe website
Simply browse to any item on our site in which you are interested. When viewing the item, you will see a box titled Order Now! on the right side of the page. Choose either the Pay In Full or AMC Payments option by checking on the button. Then click on the ADD TO CART button. This will take you to your Shopping Cart where you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout (if you choose to continue shopping, you can always get back to your shopping cart by clicking the SHOPPING CART link at the top right of every page). When you are to ready check out, go to your shopping cart and click on the CHECKOUT button to complete the process. You will be asked for payment and shipping information.
Item Availability
The Toy Shoppe handles collectibles by world reknowned artists and manufacturers. Due to the hand-made nature of many of these pieces, some items shown on our website are not available for immediate delivery. Manufactured pieces also have handmade components that can delay their arrival in stock. We try to announce when items are in stock either in the item description, e-mails or a website announcement; however due to the limited nature of the items we carry, they may not remain in stock very long. If you need to verify that an item is in stock for quick delivery or an item needs to be delivered to you by a specific date, please indicate this in the ADD COMMENTS OR COUPON CODE box as you check out. Or call us toll free 1 800 447-7995 so we can verify availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, a deposit will be charged (usually 25%) until the item arrives, at which time the balance will be charged and the item sent out.
What Are Wait List Only Items?
Items marked Wait List Only are sold out. This means that The Toy Shoppe has none in stock and no prospect of obtaining more but will keep a Wait List in case one becomes available. The only time items become available to Wait List customers is in the event of cancellation of orders by other customers. On extremely rare or popular items, it is unlikely that wait list orders will be filled.
I'm Having Trouble Placing My Order Online. What Should I Do?
Sometimes, due to different browsers and other issues on the world wide web, customers do experience difficulty ordering online. Please call us toll free at 1 800 447-7995 for help or to place your order with one of our staff. You are always welcome to provide a list of items you wish to order along with your contact information (email or phone number) through our form at the Contact Us page. We will contact you by phone for any other information required to complete your order. You may also email our webmaster who will be happy to assist you. Be certain to make a note of any error messages you have received while attempting to order.
Convenient, Interest Free AMC Monthly Payment Plans
We will, with your authorization, charge a pre-determined amount for your purchase each month automatically to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express charge card on the same date. Or, if you prefer, you may send a series of postdated checks instead of using a charge card. For example: AMC $50.00 for 4 months would require four $50.00 checks each dated one month apart. AMC plans longer than 6 months are charged a one-time processing fee of $12.00.
Making Extra AMC Payments
We are always willing to work with our customers on payment arrangements and you may make any number of additional payments during an AMC to pay the balance more quickly on your item. Call us toll free 1 800 447-7995 and we will be glad to help.

Layaway Plans
Our layaway policy requires a 25% down payment, after which customers can make weekly or monthly payments until items are paid off. To keep the account active, a payment is needed each month. Under the layaway plan, items will not ship until paid in full. Items cannot remain in layaway longer than one year. There is a one-time fee of $12.00 on layaways.
Return Policy
The Toy Shoppe has a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your selection, call us within 5 days of your receipt of the item to receive a return authorization. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible to ship and insure the item to be returned. *Please note: No returns on special order items. Please call The Toy Shoppe if you have questions regarding special order items.
Cancellation Policy
There is a standard 10% - 40% fee on canceled orders. Payments on canceled items will be held as a store credit (less any fees that may apply) for use on future purchases.
