From Flower Fairies of the Alphabet - The Zinnia Fairy is constructed of the finest all wool felt. Standing 10 inches tall, she is fully jointed at her shoulders, hips and neck. She features a sculptural molded felt body with an internal wood mechanism to connect her limbs and head. Her ball and socket jointing system with internal wood mechanism allows for graceful and expressive poseability. The Zinnia Fairy has delicately hand-painted features and a wig of the finest imported mohair. Her hands are sewn with individual fingers and her lovely fairy wings sewn and molded from fine silk organza, then painted by hand.

The Zinnia Fairy has been created faithfully to the original illustration by Cicely Mary Barker wearing a green bodice and layered skirt made of felt Zinnia flower petals. A wreath of tiny yellow felt flowers crowns her head and she holds a wondrous Zinnia flower made completely of felt.

The Zinnia Fairy is produced in an edition limited to 250 pieces worldwide.
