I purchased a Steiff Phantom of the Opera bear a few weeks back. I just wanted to say "thank you" for the excellent service - I ordered the bear on the Thursday and he was with me in the UK by Tuesday morning! I couldn't believe how quickly he arrived considering he came from overseas. We never get that kind of service here in the UK! He was excellently packaged, in perfect condition and we are over the moon with him.

The item was out of stock, however it was swiftly ordered then shipped to the address I provided. Susi Piglet - who by the way is adorable - arrived safely and in plenty of time for the event for which she was purchased. Her new owner was thrilled!
